"had a terrible experience...they could not use my birthday coupon with the products I wanted to purchase...I went to use my birthday coupon and I owed Palais Royal money … trying to use my birthday coupon sent to me.. they had to ring up my stuff four times... and I still owed monwy..was not very happy ...will not go back to this store"

When i got home, looked at my receipt, the item rung up at $34.00 - 75%off =$8.50 + tax. instead of $24.99 75%off = $6.25 + tax. $2.25 difference. Next time I will check my receipt before I leave the store. Thank you."
