"The experience was generally pretty good. I have to be in the mood to shop. I Think at times the store is kinda high on clothes, unless ya'll have a good sale. I don't like the rules on the coupons that ya'll have. Where you can't use the coupon with the price ending in 98 cents, which is totally stupid. That's one other reason I don't shop at Palais Royal's."
