"I'm finding it difficult to continue shopping at Stage stores. Growing up, my closet was almost completely full of your clothing. I have been a loyal customer of years. However, lately, my shopping experiences have been more than discouraging. I am not entirely sure who is the manager at the Sealy, TX location, but this store is completely run by unfriendly faces. A month ago, I experienced the worst attitude of any employee in the customer service field that I have ever experienced. My mother and I were kicked out of the store and prevented from making a guaranteed purchase while at the register because it was 9:02PM and the store closed at 9:00PM. After being visabily shaken by this horrendous experience, I attempted to call corporate and was told I would receive a call back but never did. After a month of not visiting the store, my mother persuaded me to visit once again. On this last visit, I was also meet with another associate by the name of Lisa who seemed bothered by customers and did not look at my mother or me in the face once during our entire interaction. I would like to note the gentleman who eventually checked us out, Kolten, was extremely friendly and helpful. Again, I am not sure who oversees this store, but major changes should be made before losing any more customers. I've heard many, many complains around town and now absolutely understand where those individuals are coming from. For me, I have no plans to visit this store any time soon. All the best."
