"Palais Royal used to be my favorite store. This particular store is the closest to me and it is closing. My biggest reason for completing this survey is to complain (again) about ordering from your website and having things delivered to the store. This is the second time in less than a month that I have been unable to track my purchase or speak to someone about it. My now missing order is my makeup which I need asap. I was encouraged in the Tomball store to order online because they didn't have it. My order # is ***-***-****. I don't think I will ever order online from your stores again. Last time I just showed up in the store even though I did not get confirmation after 10 days that my item was there. An employee dug through a pile an found it. If anyone knows where my makeup is, I'd appreciate a heads up. I really need it and it's already paid for or I would just go elsewhere. Thanks"

"The only employee I interacted with was the cashier. She just needs more training in how to be polite. Also, she should have at least responded when I tried to help by bringing the slacks to her that needed a different hanger. Saying, Thank You to a customer is so important. Also, a smile goes a long way in making a customer glad they chose that particular store."
