She was very knowledgeable of women's and even though not an expert at men's fragrances she still offered to help me as best she could. Other than her the staff is slow and un energetic. Which may be because it seems like the store is severely understaffed."

"This was my first bad experience at The Palace Royal on 2920 and Kuykendahl in Spring Texas I never known them to be unfriendly unhelpful fair price of merchandise are way much better than the Palace Royal on 1960 I just didn't appreciate the way I didn't get a cyst in and help of what I was looking for and then when I got to the register this person was supposed to be the manager of the store she was working the cash register and just walked off with three of us standing there with merchandise to be paid for I'm very disappointed"
