"I had all but given up on Palais Royal which is sad because I'd shopped there all of my life. The store had become junky, disorganized, crowded & the clearance area was a disaster. Out of loyalty I would occasionally go in but be disappointed at the condition of the store. Today, the clearance area was actually organized by size and the store was not crammed full of clothes strung everywhere. Seemed more like the store I was used to. I did tell the store manager how much I appreciated the improvement and that I will return."

"I do not like to hunt for a dressing room that is open every time I shop. My local store usually only has 1 open fitting room, and I recently had to ask someone to open another one because there was a line waiting for a fitting room!"

"The associates were new I am guessing and the management was not willing to get out of the chair and help. When management was needed she just yelled her log in and password across the store rather than get up. lines were way to long and the poor associates were nervous and struggled. One of the managers finally got up but she promptly left for lunch never offering any assistance to anyone. only associates were at front. I had to return a second time because the security device was left on my clothes. On my second return the manager was much more helpful. I think her last name was Lopez. She was not the one their the day before. I work in retail management and was just really dissappointed in this shopping experience."
