"Being on a fixed budget, I am a clearance shopper. I read the fine print to make sure I know exclusions. When a sale doesn't apply, I would like a clear reason why instead of Sorry, register doesn't show. Programming of equipment may not be complete/correct. I also don't like my reward dollars being cut in half (normally shop 50% off or more racks). Since most of your sales are percent off, unless I buy something full price, I cannot get full face value of reward dollars which is making them more worthless to me."
