The most I have ever skipped going into Palais Royal is about 2 weeks and then I see new items that are irresistible. The clothes are awesome. The sales are terrific. "The store was a mess. Things were piled up and all over the place in no order. Signs were not clear as to if items were on sale or not. Associate was rude and did not offer to help in any way. She offered the shopper in front of me a 30% off coupon. When I checked out I asked about a coupon and she said she didn't have any. Why was I not treated like the other customer? By the way we each purchased shoes."
