"Looks like walk in customer will pay much more than if you order the part. I ordered parts and forgot one T type seal. This seal can be ordered for $43.93 but at the counter as walk in customer I had to pay $63.99. Most other Toyota parts dealer sell this seal for under $ 40 dollars. I also quite often order directly from Japan if time allows.
In Japan this part cost me $10.45. I understand that time is money in some cases, but I cant help feeling taken advantage of.
One positive word about the parts desk women working there, they are very helpful and polite.
I have had the pleasure to been served of them several times. I always make sure to thank them for the good and pleasant service.
Yesterday how ever there was 2 younger guys at the counter one was nice and helpful the younger of them rude
and not very service oriented. That's a shame because I rather order from some other place that endure insults."

"After I placed an order for a windshield for a 2018 4Runner, I received an invoice from this dealer, stating this is an automotive windshield along with the part number, price of this item, sales tax, and stipulation that shipping on this part is free. The next day, I received a message from this dealer, stating that my order was cancelled since they do not ship automotive glass. If it is their policy not to ship automotive glass, they were certainly aware of this fact before I placed the order, and they should have never issued an invoice for that part. By issuing an invoice and then cancelling the order, they committed material breach of contract and also violated the provisions of the Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act of 1973. That is my experience with this dealer. Howgh!"
