Their web site was very easy to navigate, their checkout page was simple, and the shipping time was more than acceptable. When I inadvertently deleted my invoice from my email, I went online, contacted them via their web page, and someone answered me and resolved the issue in hours!"
"I tried prior to a purchase to find out how they handled states with reduced capacity magazine laws. Impossible to get anyone on the phone, did not reply to their Text Chat, did not reply to emails. This was a "One Day Sale" so I purchased. They send the firearm, advertised with 3 magazines, without any magazines. Once delivered to the FFL it is no longer returnable. They will not send limited capacity mags. They will not send the regular magazines to my Delaware address which is legal. They refused to look for a solution to this. All they would do is say they could not send the magazines to Maryland. So, they will not send limited mags to MD, They will not send regular mags to DE and they will not take the weapon back. I just overpaid for a weapon as I now have to pay $90.00 to replace the mags, and they get to resell the mags I PAID FOR. Never again will I buy from them regardless of how good the deal is. "
"I've ordered FFL items from Palmetto before with no issues. Ammo, other accessories always a great price and usually great service and fast shipping. This time however they had an issue with an ammo order and were basically AFK for 2 weeks on the order. I guess there was some issue with the inventory (Russian ammo and the order was placed 2/22/22 go figure) which makes sense. They ended up offering an upgrade to Ammo Inc. ammo at no cost and got it shipped that day. I'm happy with the result just wish they would have stayed better communicated as soon as there was a delay beyond a few days. Just be real with me. I can deal if you let me know something is up. Lack of communication was the issue and they made up for it."
"There was an inventory issue with some ammo that I ordered. Customer service reached out, explained the issue, and offered to replace the out of stock ammo with some higher end stuff. I couldn't be happier!

"February 22nd I placed an order for an advertised item. My CC was charged that very moment in full , I received a purchase order number and the email confirmation for it.
It’s now 15 days later, sill I received nothing ! I’ve tracked the order but my account, with the order number, its still processing , REALLY ! I called 3 times and sent 3 emails to no avail ! What I got was an automated response, never getting a response or talking to a real live person ! I’ve been a supporter of PSA for a few years but their customer service or the lack of is beyond reproach, gotten worse . I’m done supporting PAS, people have choices and from now on I'm looking else where even if it cost a little bit more ! DONT BUY FROM PALMETTO State unless you just to spend your hard earned money and get nothing !"
"Palmetto shipped to a NON-FFL licensed dealer who could NOT accept delivery .When I asked to cancel my order I got a huge runaround. They said if I contacted my credit card, I would never be able to buy from them again...I, of course contacted my card company and they are taking care of the charge... "This is an ongoing saga. After significant effort, many weeks and emails, etc., they refunded me most of the bucks for an old gun advertised as 'completely functional', but with a barrel so bent as to be outright dangerous to shoot. Having dealt with 5 different employees, I don't know if they are overwhelmed (as one employee claimed), dumb or sketchy. BUT, they get it wrong every time! After significant complaint they agreed I could return the useless gun, but they still owe me bucks after specifically offering to refund my FFL fees too. I have requested the rest of the money, and will continue to diss them on reviews and shooters' clubs blogs I belong too, till they pay up. Be VERY CAREFUL contracting with Palmetto State Armory!!!!!!!!!!! Worst customer 'service' I have experienced in many tears in business."
"I was having a issue with the new AR10 so I called in and spoke with Kimberley, and I had questions that she was not able to answer, but she went and found the answer that I needed. She then asked her supervisor to speak with me, and he listed to the issue that I was having and apparently the issue was my lack of knowledge not my rifle, and he told me how to fix it and worked. I want to thank them for their help."
