"Horrible experience during Covid season. Purchase 10 box of gloves but their size doesn’t work. Request return as box and everything is unopened and 100% new but they refused. I went over and trusted on their promise of 100% satisfaction guarantee but it’s totally a lie. Please note if they added the policy about not allow to return anything during this season, I would not make my purchase. Now their gloves are useless because it’s too small even I donated it, nobody able to use it because it’s too small.
Customer service is horrible. No body answer the phone at all. They don’t listen to their customer and never even try to help solve the issue. "

Under normal circumstances we offer 30 day returns on all products, but due to new policy by our vendors, we cannot accept returns on disposable products at this time, as our website indicates. We issued a refund on three of the four cases of disposable gloves you ordered, which we hope is of some consolation.
