Could you please elaborate on what aspects you found difficult so that we can further assist you? Regarding entering a different billing address, you can do this on the checkout page by unchecking the box that says "Use same address as shipping". Once the box is unchecked, you can enter a separate billing address. We have double checked that this is functioning properly.
