"On November 1 2004 I called Palo Alto micro about my Rolex watch. I told Yen Lu that it lost time and needed repair, he said he would clean it, I said no it had already been cleaned and it needed repair. He said send to me I will tell you how much after looking at it. I sent the watch to him on November 5th. He called and said send $185 and he would fix it, I wrote a check and wrote repair Rolex on the front of the check.
Yen Lu sent the watch back on November 12th 2004 the watch had lost time while being shipped. I kept reseting it and called him on Nov. 14th he said send it back so I sent it out that day. I called him on Nov 14th and he said he sent it into Rolex for repair. After many Phone calls the watch was sent back to me onFebruary 1,2005 it had lost time in shipping overnight it lost another 5 hours. I called him on Feb.2 and he told me to wind the watch every day for 7 days and then he would know what was wrong with it. (this is a self winding watch). It was dificult for me to believe that Rolex would send a watch back in this condition. Palo Alto Micro told me it was the "winding axle" and he would repair it for $45 for the part, Plus his labor. I thought this was grossly unfair and said so. He then refused to deal with me. My friend began talking with him and he said he would "send " the part to my friend for $30.00 and my friend could put it in! These people advertize in magazines that they are Rolex repair and dealers. I think I have been scamed. They are very unethical and liars, cheaters and crooks! Beware!

"These guys are real criminals. They send you damaged hardware and refuse to refund or even talk to you."
"On January 17, 2003, I was looking for a motherboard to repair a Gateway computer, and this company listed one on their website.
I sent an email to them first inquiring to see if they had the specific motherboard in stock.
I even took pictures of the motherboard, as well as the IO ports, and also gave URL links at Gateway that would show the exact motherboard, so their would be no mix ups.
I got an email back saying that they had (3) of them in stock at $48.00 each.
I then called the (January/17/2003) company and talked with a Andy Chu. Mr. Chu told me that they had motherboard so I gave him my credit card number, and ordered the board.
On February 21, 2003 I had still not received the motherboard. I have called and sent so many emails, that I can't remember how many I sent, but I did also CC myself a copy for future reference. I called and got the same old story about how big their company is, and how they are having a hard time finding the motherboard. I believe this is all a lie!
A friend of mine who is a police officer told me that their are many companies online, that will take down your credit card information, never meaning to send you anything. After 6 months they will sell your credit card information for illegal use. I am beginning to feel that this site may be just that type of site.
I called and spoke to Mr. Chu on February 21, 2003. I told him I was cancelling the order.
I asked him about my credit card information, and asked him where it was. I was informed that it was on a piece of paper on his desk. I really became concerned after he made that statement, and he also told me that he would throw the information away in the trash. I told him that I would hold him and Palo Alto Computers responsible if my credit card information got into the wrong hands, and he hung up on me.
Folks, I don't have time to be here typing this information up. I want you to be warned.
I believe this company is bogus.
Be careful
Best regards
