"I've been using PandaHall for about 5 or 6 years now and so far, they've almost never let me down! Their prices are pretty much unbeatable, and although their shipping can be slightly expensive, in total it is still cheaper than any comparable alternative that I've looked at so far! Also, their customer service is fantastic! Anytime I have any concerns or when I need to reach them regarding anything at all, they always respond to me within 12-24 hours, even though they're halfway around the world (I live in San Francisco and they're based in China)! The quality of their products, for the most part, is pretty great, too! I love buying their sterling silver items, and I wish they had more gold filled supplies, but the gold over sterling silver makes up for that.

My only wish is that they'd use a little less packaging. Sometimes the products I've ordered come packaged in a tiny bag that's placed inside a slightly bigger bag, that's then placed inside a bigger bag with other bags with products inside, and then everything is wrapped in bubble wrap. I appreciate that they're trying to keep my products safe, but using that much plastic is so awful for the environment!

In any case, though, PandaHall is awesome and I'll continue to be a loyal customer to them! "
