"I ordered a SIM card for Russia. They charged my Paypal account but did not confirm an order. When I called, I was told that they do not have these cards in stock. Then I requested a refund and was told that they are not sure my payment was received. Soon I recevied the card. But
it was unusable card with expiration date April 1st 2008. I sent it back and requested refund. I called and requested refund. I sent another message. I never received any responses to my messages. And no refund.
Completely dishonest business.
