My order for 2 phones did not get shipped immediately, so I did a chat with their ctmr svc online. Found out one of the phones was out-of-stock. Griped that this was not what their site said when I initially ordered. Bummed out.

In the interim, I saw an even better phone on their site which suited my needs. It also costs slightly lesser than one of the phones I had ordered. Did another online chat with them. On the spot, they checked if they had it in stock. Confirmed it. Said they'd refund the difference & update my order with the phone I wanted.

I got the refund. Order placed on 3/7 late at night (it was a Fri, mind you), phones in my hands on 3/20. I cannot be more pleased with their service.

To date, I have not seen any other website match the prices I got on pandawill for same model. This is definitely my go-to place for phones."
