"Pandawill is not a reliable website. It happened to a lot of people. They drive you around with words so that you don't open a paypal dispute for a not received item. Once the paypal protection has expired and you didn't open a paypal dispute, they laugh at your face and keep your money!
Follow my advise, OPEN A PAYPAL DISPUTE if you are still on time. These people are scammers!"
