"El sitio vez en cuando presenta problemas tecnicos pero lo soluciona de manera rapida cuando informas por el live chat.
En cuanto a la compra es conveniente a comparacion de otros sitios que ofrecen lo mismo pero al igual que otros sitios la entrega del producto se realiza exitosamente pero fuera de los plazos establecidos hacia chile.

"I did the order at 18/08/14 for some "noname" smartphone (it's not on site any more).

It arrived quickly but discovered a lot if issues that avoid normal phone usage. I contacted site a few months later , described and showed all the issues. The one possible way to solve it (besides fix locally, when it costs a lot of money) was to send it back for repairing.
On 22/01/15 I sent the phone and seller approved acceptance at 12/02/15.

From this time (almost 3 month!!!!) I'm checking the status weekly and getting the answer like "it still in fix by supplier" or " we can not guarantee the repair period ".
Actually i bought the phone 8 month ago, but still did not get chance to use it!!!
I loose my hope to get it back some-when...

Bottom line:
Terrible quality and the same terrible support for not small money.

The supplier is not "visible" for buyer , like in other sites (ebay, aliexpress), when site can somehow cover the buyer and stand after the sold stuff.

7/4/15. Pandawill replied, that is "badly damaged"...
It's not true. It was malfunctioning from the beginning (mic, speaker, sensors, flash...) and video's were sent to them (as well as all issues were approved when it arrived to PW).
Do you think it really to fix it 3 months?!?!?! Already contacted weakly, but now lost the hope at all...
I sure, that it just to spent the "warranty time".
More than $130 went to trash
Highly disappointed and others , be aware!

"I submitted 2 orders, both of which payments were confirmed and processed only after I called Pandawill on the phone.

An hour later, I receive an email stating my first order is being shipped, but that my second order with 2 major Xiaomi phone models are out of stock and they don't know when it'll be restocked, and offered a full refund.

Yet it's still AVAILABLE on the website to purchase... How can you advertise two popular phones as available to purchase if it's out of stock? The money is automatically deducted when you add to cart and check out!

And no restock date for Redmi Note 4g, 8gb and the flagship Mi Note 4g, 16gb?? I find it hard to believe there's no restock date for such popular phones.

Please let me know the restock date of the 2 xiaomi phones and update your inventory on the website so people don't order and pay for phones that are out of stock.

In fact I think your customer service is great - fast response and they already verified my ID and credit card. But what has the verification got to do with the phones being out of stock, yet still available on the website to purchase?

Also why has my order been reverted from 'paid' back to 'processing'? The money has already been charged on my card!
