"I always have problems with processing and sending of my shopping in PandaWill.
The process takes 10 days or more.
Sell products that are not fully available and when I contacted to question the delay, responded that a problem of lack of stock.
Even so, they could have warned and asked if I wanted to wait, change or cancel the purchase.
Another problem is the express shipping that did not work. I made my last purchase by fast shipping for the product to arrive between 15 to 25 working days.
Has passed 25 working days and the product did not even in my country.
I look at TNT Post tracking system every day, several times.
The TNT Post, choosed to send the package at the payment moment, dont know nothing about the tracking number informed by PandaWill, after this 25 days of transit!!!

"- I bought a few times on Pandawill. The items and the prices are good and fair.

- The aftersales-services is good. You will only know this if you have any problems:

- Once a 200 USD tablet was returned by our local customs office. I informed Pandawill and 2 weeks later I got the refund on my Paypal account. I was very satisfied with the Pandawill service.

- Pandawill offers a new service of customs duty insurance for 5% of the items price. I buy this insurance each time because it gives me a sure calculation base about the real price. Mostly I don't need this insurance. But if I got charged with duty I have sent a copy to Pandawill. The react quickly the next day to give me a refund via coupon or Papypal. This service is what I have expected.

- I also used the insurance on FastCardTech. But they seem to refuse a refund. I wait and wait but they only tell me to check. Very poor service from FastCardTech.
