I read a lot of bad reviews about them but still bought from them because their products are cheaper.

I bought a Lenovo P780 from them and paid for TNT Air mail as Shipping method and shipping charge was 9.85$ but the next day I got an email which says they shipped the parcel via Singpost and it will take 25+ days to reach me.

I don't understand why would they want to ship it via Singpost when I chose the option of TNT while checking out... When I contacted their customer service they said it was a mistake and they want to refund me the Shipping charge and want to give me 3 dollars for compensation!!! I dont understand why on earth I would like to have 3 dollars and be happy about the fact that I am going to wait for more than a month for a phone to arrive and most of the time this free shipping methods do not deliver... I have a lot of bad experience with free shipping methods.

Their customer service agent wanted me to wait for 60 days for the product arrival and if it doesn't come within 60 days they will refund me... I am just so angry with myself for trusting this seller who is obviously either fraud or a super idiot who takes decisions on behalf of their clients. "
