"I ordered a phone on the 30th of September and it's the 3rd of November that they say they dispatched the phone! Disgusting!!! Absolutely disgusting! On top of everything the tracking number they provide says there is no such package. Gee thanks!

EDIT 13/11: I actually received the package yesterday. Which is about 7 weeks from order - altogether not such a major slow down from expected 4 -5 weeks, however they did dispatch late and claimed 4-5 weeks from dispatch. All in all the situation is somewhat rectified and I have to revise my review up. If they hadn't sent that late dispatch email I think everything would have been ok and within expectation. Still I wish they were more reliable!"

"The shipment was really late, normal shipment to NZ from China is 7 days, but it didnt even get to the NL port until two weeks later before it started the process to come over, now (nearly 4 weeks later) that its here it wont work with the Service Provider as it uses the wrong 3G frequency and wont work in Australia either for the same reason. When they started it works in most countries you expected it to work in 1st world countries but doesn't. It can only do a limited 2G access which is being dismantled in both countries as it is too old."
