I picked the Singapour Post, but the pandawill.com customer service told me about delays on this mail and send the parcel to me by the TNT Netherlands Post, that even faster than SP. After all, I'm very satisfied!"

"In my order there were items that they were not in stock, but they did'nt told me. I informed about that 3 weeks (!) when i asked for information about the delivery process. When i talked to the customer service, none was able to tell me about the exact time was needed to restock the items was missing. They told me that usually takes about 2 weeks to restock them. But i have, already, benn waiting for over 3 weeks and still can't help to solve my problem. I am very disapointed and this was my first order on Pandawill. I don't think to try this experience again. And also i am not sure that i'm going to receive my order"

"When I buy something from PandaWill I feel confident. Only last time I bought the tablet HD89, the battery has a liitle bit strange behavior. Sometimes it is stop working and I have to open the tablet and remove it and put her back, in order to start again. I cannot find second battery here to see what is the problem.
By the way, PANDA in Greek language means ALWAYS, so PANDAWILL means ALWAYS I WANT or ALWAYS WISHES. Is someone Greek over there?... ;-)

"I've bought 3 smartphones from Pandawill.I'm about to receive the fourth one.( Jiayu G4S).I'm happy with them.The only problem is that I need to get one of them repaired as the screen was damaged and it is very dark,(because my daughter dopped it, I suppose) I've tried to know how much I should pay approximately if wanted to repair it but they haven' told me. It's a pity beause I bought it at the end of June. A bit disappointed.I suppose next time I will buy my Jiayu in Valencia ( Spain ) More expensive probably but closer if I have a problem."
