Quality is good, but service is not so good!!!
I look at the photo and make a choice - it is not so easy, because I cannot touch or look at the product more closely - it is some kind of risk or lottery, because in life it may be different that I imagined.
I ask you questions about products - easy questions, but you ignore it and answer only theams that consider necessary. Some times I ask again, bur 10-24 hours pauses between answers make ordering a little nervious and delay shipping. Support does not answer about differences of products that are the same on the pictures but different prices.
I chose a special colour of produt, because I need exactly this colour - and support tells me that they do not have this, thay have another. Ok, remove it from order, I do not need another one. And what a surprise (quick answer from support)! Pandawill had already sent a parcel day ago with wrong colour!!! What is wrong with you?! What images are you using when you check the product before shipping, what order list?! Every order contains surprises!
When I try to get refound of wrong item, support asks me - "why do you want a refound, the item has no diffects and looks good?" I want a refund because I ORDERED ANOTHER PRODUCT, I PAYED FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT!!! This is the one of the biggest problems of ordering on Pandawill.
I like the quality, I like the items if them are correct, but do not understand the people in support and package department.

"Ordered a cellphone and a case which were supposed to be in stock at the moment of purchase. It has s been passed more than a week since that but my order is still in "processing" status but according to the information provided in "Shipping and handling" processing and shipping items over should take up to 4 days. A person from support team informed me that the item is out of stock for now and is planned to arrive in 7-10 days!!!, I would have preferred another item if I had known that the item is out of stock and I have to wait for almost two weeks to get it shipped."
