"For last year I have been customer at Pandawill several times. Have ordered 4 phones, 2 tablets and several other devices. My last order was for Tablet for 260$ and after 8 days pending I ask why are you not shipping, they told me that the device is not available despite that they are still selling it as available. I am not sure that I can get my money back! The communication with the seller is very difficult and even if the device is faulty refund is not possible even after sending thousand emails with details, photos, videos. If you repair it in local repair shop they do not cover the invoices fully. Almost all of the devices I received were some kind of defects. One of the last one - Bluetooth OBD2 is not working at all, and for now 1 month emails and nothing! Not satisfied at all!"

Les dije que habia otro mas nuevo por el mismo valor pero seguian empeñados en enviarme el de inferior categoria, por lo que les dije que no me interesaba ya comprar en su tienda y que me devolvieran el dinero.
A finales del 2012 les compre un thlw3 ,el cual a los 8 meses se quedo sin audio,no tenia sonido ni por el altavoz ni por auriculares.Les mande un correo explicando el problema y me dijeron que les enviase un video donde se pudiese ver el problema y no me hicieron caso.Asi dos veces y ustedes dandome largas.Como comprenderan si les digo que no hay sonido como lo quieren comprovar en un video.,lo que pasa es que es una elegante forma de dar largas y no solucionar nada,mas cuando ustedes saben que es un fallo que ha tenido ese modelo de telefono.Esta compra era una segunda oportunidad que les habia dado pero va a ser que no.No estoy nada contento y creo que no comprare mas nada en su web.
