"I ordered a pair of Thorogood Roofer boots on May 13th. Their website stated
they deliever to the East Coast within 2-3 days. A week later, they had not
shipped. I sent them 2 eMails asking for the disposition of the order. No reply.
I then contacted their phone number for Customer Service. That proved to be
futile as they were " not-available" and when you tried to leave a message,
the robot asked you to wait a minute, then kicked you back to the same
message that they were not available. I would not do business with this company
again.

Turns out, this is nothing but a Drop Ship vendor. They have No Stock. They had my funds tied up through Amazon for nearly a month, before the order was finally cancelled. Avoid like the plague.

"Purchased a pair of Thorogood code3 Enforcer shoes from PapaShoe through Amazon marketplace. Shoes were great, shipping OK. No tracking info as they drop shipped from manufacturer. My issue with PapaShoe is their underhanded way of upping the price. After perusing the offers of several sellers I chose PapaShoe over the rest because their price was the lowest when the free shipping was factored in. Sometime after submitting the order I printed the invoice & noticed they had tacked on $2.95 for shipping & handling. Had they stated upfront there was a $2.95 charge for S & H I may have been influenced to buy from another merchant. I feel this is deceptive marketing & will not order from them again. Play fair or I go elsewhere."
