"We tried the gluten-free pizza and we were not pleased. Sooo, we called yesterday to order the works without mushrooms and add banana peppers.
Alexis took my order and she told me quickly that I had a credit from the gluten-free pizza, and my works pizza would be @ no charge. Alexis was very pleasant and repeated my order (hold the mushrooms and add banana petters). She told me it would take 30 min. 33 min. later the doorbell rang and a very nice young man brought in our hot pizza. My wife and I ate every slice and thoroughly enjoyed our works pizza without mushrooms and added banana peppers. Thank you Alexis for taking our order and making it free & 100 % correct.

"I ordered Special 2 LARGE 1 TOPPING $7.77 EACH (Add & Customize- I added Pineapple & gr pepper) online. Jan. 29, 2018 @ around 7:00pm when I went to the store. The total was $23+ and I paid cash. The guy (young one) handed me just one Large pizza. I questioned the guy and he did not like it. He has an attitude and asked me why I did not call the store to order. He said the price is different. He even told me to call online to fix the order. I insisted that there is Special online “2 Large 1 topping” and my order is for two pizzas and not one. He ignored me and does not want to do anything to help me on my order. I then suggested to cancel or void the order. It took 15 minutes for me to get my money back and the guy and there was another woman, just ignored me and they keep helping/taking order from other people. I again insisted and begged for my refund. The guy handed my money back and did not want to help me on my order and I asked. He said NO. I am very upset and already raising my voice and asked them “WHY”. I asked that I want to talk to the Manager and the young guy said, he is the manager. HE did not even has a NAME tag as a Manager The woman told me she will call a COP and I need to get out of the store. I never was treated like this. Where is Papa Johns Customer Service? What this store did is very unprofessional, not acceptable, demeaning and they humiliated me. "

"I broke a tooth on a Papa Johns pizza and they only showed concern until they were certain that I could not prove they were at fault then their corporate liar (nee lawyer) basically told me to "F" off as there would be no settlement. I had never asked for anything from them. They didn't even offer a free pizza! (Not that I will ever eat there again). They told me if I could find the sausage that broke the tooth, they would give me the contact information for sausage maker. No other concerns. They suck. That pizza cost me over a grand out of pocket and they don't give a rats behind. Perhaps that's the meat in the pizza."

"I was recently witness to one of their drivers running a guy on a motorcycle off the road. The guy was in a small silver dodge car. When I called the store I spoke to a guy named brad. I was informed it was none of my business that the guy on the motorcycle may have had it coming. To me this is the wrong atitude for a pizza DELIVERY place to have."
"wow. i used to be a lover of Papa John's pizza but my two most recent encounters have been horrendous.
the first one was a few months ago. i ordered bread sticks and a medium 3 topping pizza. the delivery arrived 2 hours late and when i called the store they said it was already on its way. once the delivery arrived, obviously it was cold, but that's not the worst part. the breadsticks were burned and the pizza did not resemble a pizza anymore. the toppings had fallen off the pizza and either gotten stuck on the box top or were just sitting in the box.
when i called the store to speak to the manager, the employee was not helpful or willing to work with me. so i gave papa john's a rest. last night, i decided to try my luck again.
not as bad as the previous experience but still way below satisfactory. i got tomatoes on my pizza and i don't know if they had just washed them but there seemed to be a lot of water which caused the pizza to become soggy and pretty much inedible. not only that but the driver shows up, and has some girl in his car, calls me and asks me to come down. since i payed with card, i had to sign but he said he didn't have a pen. so he asked if we could go back to my place to get one. i had to agree, and then when he was we had to walk up one flight of stairs he said, Oh...it's upstairs? Can i just wait down here? REALLY!? i was pretty annoyed so i just told him to wait. unfortunately i pre-paid tip and couldn't take it back but i probably won't be ordering from Papa John's anymore.

" I am not sure of the Order Number but that is the only information on the boxes label. We ordered two fully loaded pizzas and as we were eating them, I bit into something hard and it broke a little piece of my tooth and slightly cut my gum, the pizza was that good and I was tearing it up, hence not being aware of what was on it as I shoved it in. I called the store manager which is less than a quarter mile away and asked him to come by or send a representative to confirm this piece of bone in the meat and my injuries but he refused, then asked me if he could send a free pizza. I believe I was done eating pizza that night so I declined his offer. I then emailed Papa Johns customer service and asked for a response and to date I have not recieved any response whatsoever. I believe I gave them waaay more time to respond than necessary and they have totally ignored me. I still have the pizza with the bone fragments in cold storage and am contemplating my next move. I am not overly angry just feeling bad that they are that callous toward thier cutomers. I do admit that for many years from their begginning they had the worst pizza imaginable but they have turned that around with the additions they give you and now have top notch ingredients in my estimation. I only discovered this recently (2010) when we typically ordered Dominoes pizza online at 8:10pm and they called us within one minute and said they were no longer taking orders or delivering even though they closed at 10:30pm, which forced us to Papa Johns. Papa Johns is no longer the greasy, bad tasting pizza they started out with, but where they improved in one area they have lost the MOST IMPORTANT battle in the war, customer service and relations. I cannot imagine them not at least contacting me. If their pizza has a problem they appear unconcerned and that is not good at all."
