"I bought 550 paracord from paracordplanet, along with with 3 two-packs of carabiners. One of the carabiners was defective and wouldn't close properly. I called and left about 3 messages, but they never called or email me about making it right or sending me a replacement for the defective item. I would be embarrassed if I were them for never returning my call and not standing behind their product. Would NOT recommend this company."

"Very disappointed with their customer service. I had ordered 4 things from Paracordplanet. 100' of 11 strand 750, 50' 7 strand of 275 (2 hanks) and a spool of nano cord which is 300'. When I got my package in the mail there was my nano cord and a thing of 550 paracord. Now remember I never ordered 550 cord. I had contacted Paracordplanet about me not receiving my 275 cord or my 750 and there response was that there was a system error and they would be refunding me for the 2 hanks of 275 because they were out of stock. Well then they never did answer about the 750 cord and why there was 550 instead of it. So I tried to email them again with no response and then I tried 2 days later to get no response again so to sum it up they've pretty much brushed it off and I don't have what i ordered, and to top it off they don't have a phone number to settle the issue so it makes it that much harder to get this solved. Most recently myself and paracordplanet solved the problem turned out the packaging was wrong and was mislabeled. So I did receive what I ordered, they had told me to cut into the cord to make sure which I was hesitant because I wouldnt have been able to return it but I did and sure enough there was 11 strands. So thank you paracordplanet for the help solving this issue. So if you have read this scratch what I said in the beginning they are a good company with good products, customer service though could be a bit better."
