I was always impressed with their customer service and the quick response (and correction) of any complaint. Once I ordered more than the quantity they had in stock and they failed to credit me for the difference. Due to their oversight, they refunded the difference plus the cost of shipping. Another time the order was delayed at their end for a day or two. It was no big deal to me but apparently it was to them. They informed me by email that I would be receiving the shipment a little later and once again waived the shipping charges.
