"I ordered a pair of snow pants for my child. The security tag was left on the cuff on the bottom of the snow pants. I always order Obermeyer for my child and never once has that happened ordering from other online retailers. Now they tell me I have to send it back to get the security tag removed or send them back to get a refund. Horrible company!!
Don’t recommend at all. My child can’t wait for the snowpants to be sent back for them to remove the security tag for something that should of been removed checked first before sending out. "

"I ordered my son a coat for his birthday. He excitedly wore it around the house and removed the tags in the process. It was a size too small upon closer inspection. We called the number. The owner answered the phone, kind of unprofessional sounding with a short "Park to Peak" greeting. I explained and he said he could not accept a return for an item missing tags, new or not. I have returned a few things in the past with no tags actually attached and never experienced any issues before. He said I was taking advantage of him, he talked over me a lot, ranting about how he was a small business with 3 employees. I asked what he would have done if the zipper in the coat came to me broken. He said he would give me the manufacturers phone number to have it taken care of. I don't feel this return policy and customer care is adequate. I had a Dicks reward and free shipping on a coat nearly identical, I should have just done that, paid virtually the same price and received much better customer service. Small stores are good usually but this owner is a jerk to deal with. Buyer beware."
"I ordered a helmet and paid an additional $12.37 for Fedex Express Saver shipping. This was after the website said ground shipping would take 7 days. Turns out they took it to fedex today and were told ground shipping is actually only 3 days to deliver, the same as Fedex Express 3-day Saver. So what do they do? Charge me for the higher level of shipping and ship it via Fedex ground. If ground shipping would've gotten it here by christmas, I wouldn't have spent the extra money. Was a refund offered considering I paid the additional charge? Of course not. Don't bother with these people. Too many other options online to deal with this crap.
