"Promised shuttle was down due to no driver. Hotel was NOT as described on this website. Parksleepfly says the hotel has FREE (Continental) breakfast - it did not. Lobby does not even have a pot of coffee. "

"Absolutely horrible experience. Their website wouldn’t accept a cancellation number and their customer response was not timely resulting in a “no refund” response!

Luckily the hotel documented my communication to their desk and went to bar for me. I will never use this or any similar service. You can get the same service for lees money from the hotel directly!"

"Parksleepfly indicated that the hotel package included free airport shuttle on its booking page. After booking and paying confirmation page said that I would have to take a taxi and pay extra for it. Use caution when booking with these guys. Customer service basically told me they were doing nothing and that it was up to me to fix it myself. I sent then screen grabs of both the booking page and the confirmation page, but to no avail. Extremely poor customer service. Beware!!!"
