"The Charcoal filter arrived promptly in good condition. It was easy to install as described in the LG microwave user's guide. I also ordered to grease filters which were apparently bent during shipment via USPS. I was able to hammer out the aluminum frame and get them to fit and stay where they belong. I think Parts Select needs to beef up their packaging on these filters to avoid bending during shipping."
