"After deciding to revive my old spare refrigerator by replacing a failed thermostat I viewed a DIY video. It appeared reasonably easy so took a chance and ordered the part by manufacturer and model number, only took a few minutes and the part arrived in a few days. It was almost an exact replacement. The two wiring terminals were oriented differently so after surgery on the failed unit I determined it made no difference which wire attached to which terminal. A note accompanying the new part noting that the connections were interchangeable would have been very helpful. The correct part was easily determined, came quickly and with help from the instructional video made this project easily managed. If I need future parts I know where go."

"Bought PS470125 Terminal Block Kit for an older kitchen electric range. Ordering was easy, delivery was very good installation was simple but the product is made in China and it showed. They send you 2 mounting brackets for different applications. I chose the one I needed installed it and it tested fine. Now I am canning vegetables when I need multiple burners and especially the one I fixed. I'm waiting for the water to boil and nothing. Investigating the burner found the bracket holding terminal block broke. (I should say that after checking to see that it worked I decided to clean everything took burner out and then replaced it). Apparently when I was putting everything back together the bracket broke and I thought it was in place. I ended up taking the other bracket and modifying it to make it work rather than calling the company for a replacement.. So far it seems to be working. I've used Part Select in the past and will continue in the future."
