"I was able to find the part I needed for my refrigerator but the help I needed to be able to replace the old part was basically non-existent. The help that was provided was a link to a video showing how to replace a similar part on a completely different refrigerator and the assembled parts were not close to mine. So, basically, no help at all. "

Put in model # for part…. Was told which part was what I needed. Just before placing order I noticed a place that said “ this part fits Samsung”. I HAVE A GE PROFILE!!! After continued attempts and searching, finally had to seek “ live” help. It took a little time , but a very nice woman on the other end finally figured out the part I really needed. My input was correct but the website erred. Since then , my part has arrived, been installed and is working quite nicely."
