"I ordered a replacement basket for silverware for my Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I am sure this is a manufacturers defect because the part that fits over the basket to contain the silverware is not fitting. Rather then go through the whole process I took the part from my existing basket as that part was not affected with damage. In all fairness ordering and delivery were not problems. I just did not want to go through the trouble of waiting for a replacement. Sometimes going to a store has advantages!"
