"When I decided to replace this igniter in my gas stove my first choices were to purchase one from the home Depot department. after reviewing the part I decided to go pretty much with an original part the other one would have worked I would have probably had to cut out the wire and splice it together which I would not have had any problems with I have purchased from this company in the past I was pleased and happy with the product that I purchased and I will continue to purchase here in the future.
I may have paid a few more dollars for my part but I'm sure and guaranteed that this part will last much longer than the product coming from home Depot."

This order had us shipped the wrong part and customer service via email said it would take 30 to 90 days to investigate the problem, if it was GE or other vendor.
