"I recently purchased a replacement part for my Samsung Washing Machine for $200.00. The part arrived and once opening the package I saw that it was the wrong part. I went through their return process and sent it back to them. They received it and rejected the return. Horrible customer service. Filing a dispute with my bank and will NEVER make another purchase from this company ever again. "
"I ordered part number #%^ . They sent part number#%^ however that was NOT the part i recieved. I returned the part they refunded my money less the 12 or 15 dollars for shipping. That doesn't sit well at all with me, afterall it was their screw up not mine . My part number was correct their employee screwed up not me i feel i should have been refunded the entire amount. Spend the 3 or 4 extra dollars and go through the makers of your particular appliance you will be glad you did, trust me. "

"Ordered a $12 drain hose for my washer over the Labor Day weekend (Sat), but had the machine completely fail on Sun (time for a new washer).
Sent two emails (website and internet) requesting to cancel the drain hose order, but only received a manual "it has already shipped" reply at 1pm on Tuesday, 3 minutes after receiving the automated "you order has shipped, you can return it" email. Very convenient.
They had all morning to simply cancel this small order. Non-refundable shipping (both ways) and a restocking fee would cost more then the part itself.
Think twice before order from Part Advantage. There are more honest, customer oriented businesses to choose from.

"Ordered 2 parts for my washer. Waited 6 days to get them, understandable with the holiday and the weather. Only one part came the other said backorder. Called them they said they have to order from the manufacturer and it would be 10 to 14 business days. I asked if that order was already placed when it was found out it was on back order to that I got a bunch of maybe and idk. No clue on when it was if it was actually ordered ,no idea on when I would get it. Couldn't explain why they wouldn't just order it direct when they found out it was on backorder. Proceeded to try use the weather as an excuse for that as well. Find another company to order the parts from you are better off. "

I was not sure the part would fit and called the customer service number and they were helpful. Shipping was fast, got my part in 2-3 days. I would use them again. "

"I ordered a part for our broken dishwasher -- their site said they would ship out by 3 p.m. that day, so I figured I would get it within a few days. I received an order confirmation receipt and an order number. It wasn't until the next afternoon that I realized I had not received a shipped notification or any tracking information, so I gave them a call to ask what was going on. The customer service rep on that call was super rude and said that there was a credit card error, which I was not notified about, so they had put my order on hold. Mind you, I received no communication about this error. All I had received up until this point was a confirmation that the order was received (which had all my credit card info included on it as well). He re-did the order over the phone with me, and told me that it would ship out. I asked if there was anything he or a manager could do to compensate me for the two days I lost in shipping. He said he couldn't let me talk to a manager because they work from home, but that he would reach out to a manager.
The next morning, I still had not received my tracking information or any further communication from the company, so I called again. The customer service rep was slightly nicer this time, but did not offer any tangible solutions. His best solution was to "refuse the package" when it gets dropped off at my doorstep, which is incredibly difficult, as shipping companies don't typically tell you what time they will arrive at your door, nor do they even ring the doorbell anymore.
All in all, I will not be ordering from this company again, and I am completely unsure if I will ever receive my part."
"The printed circuit board I order for my stove was damaged in shipping. It was not package properly. When I called I was told to send picture picture so I did. A week later I called back they said they needed more pictures. Needless to say I never got a refund and they never contacted me. I will never use them again they are a joke. "
