"Misleading website. When ordering you have to enter year, make and model.. but, you don't get OEM shape mats... they are "custom" cut. When I brought this up with the company I was told that NOWHERE on their site do they mention that they sell OEM mats... I then copied and pasted the part of their website that says they offer FACTORY REPLACEMENT.. Do your homework, research and then decide. I will NOT do business with them again.
They care ONLY about their bottom line and could care less about their customers after they get your money."

"I ordered truck flares in January and was told it would take 6 weeks for delivery since they were on back order. Made $634 payment and waited for the items. * weeks later still no parts. i contacted Alan at Parts catalog and was told it would be another 6 weeks and even then he wasn't sure if I would have what I paid for. I asked numerous times for a credit or anything for my inconvenience to no avail. He ignored all request to make the situation right and their customer service is horrendous. I would avoid this company at all cost. They care not about customer satisfaction and more about just making a sale"
