"I ordered a part on 7-23-2020 and paid extra for 2 day priority express shipping. The item was not shipped until 4 days later. This is from the USPS tracking. The Customer service would only say it was shipped on 7-24-2020, not 7-27-2020. They could not provide any details and only told me to contact the USPS. The item was not shipped when it should have been and the customer service rep was rude and dismissive. I did not pay nearly $30 extra to have it shipped 4 days later."

"I've ordered 2 times from this company and the company shipped as promised on their site. However they claim I will get my delivery within 2 to 3 days and I have to pay for this delivery service. In both cases, FedEx was the delivery service. In both cases I waited a week to get my delivery. What bothers me most is that in both cases is that FedEx stated that my delivery would be delivered sooner and then they just keep backing the date out. My current order was promised to me on a Monday afternoon, then it moved to Wednesday afternoon, then it moved to Thursday, I watched the order sit in one spot for 2 days never moved.
You promise 2 to 3 day delivery. Get a delivery service that can meet this. "

"TLDR: Don't bother. They will just cancel your order after a few weeks.
I typically take online reviews with a grain of salt since people typically only leave reviews when the experience is bad. In this case, don't bother as the reviews were 100% accurate. In my case, despite the negative reviews, I decided to order from Parts.com since their prices were mildly better than other parts suppliers. Big mistake.
After 3 weeks of my parts being "in stock" (but not shipped) and various communications with their "support" team regardings the status, I received an email cancelling my order. I understand that Parts.com acts as a middle man between the consumers and various dealers/suppliers. This business model makes sense to me, but Parts.com needs to be held accountable for consistently partnering with unreliable parts suppliers. From the other reviews, it seems like I'm just one of the many to be let down by their service. "

"They are not an authorized dealer for some of the parts they sell. In order for them to process a warranty claim on a clearly defective part, they require a "mechanics report". This means if you are not a professional mechanic they can deny your warranty claim with no other basis. "

"In all honesty I used to order from these guys all the time without any issues, but within the past few years, things like customer service have fallen through the cracks. They used to be quick to reply to questions, concerns or issues but lately it seems they just don’t give a damn. Of the half a dozen or so emails I’ve sent them for various ordered related issues, I haven’t gotten a single reply. Calling them is also useless because I’ve never ever been contacted with a live person, and just like my emails, any voice message I left fell on deaf ears. Shipping charges are grossly inflated, and processing time has gone from 2-3 days to an average of 7-10 days. Forget about getting your parts fast or cheap. You may think you’re getting a deal but once you factor the high shipping / handling charges and add on the down time while you wait for your part, it’s really not worth it. I would gladly pay more for prompt and courteous service locally than to continue to patronage this unappreciative business. I really wish someone would revamp the people behind the scenes and get things back to the way it used to be. It’s time to clean up your act parts.com! "
"I should have read the reviews before I ordered. They ****!!!!!! After receiving the kit I ordered I found out that one of the parts was missing. So I contact them by email twice assuming they will reply. Well they didnt. Forget trying to call them, their phone only take messages and they never replied to me either.
I ended up buying the missing part directly from Nissan.
I will never buy from this scammers again "
"I'm not usually one to write a review, but these guys **** me off. I needed a part for my mustang top. I was looking of part number 8R3Z-76533A00-K which consists Motor & Pump, Hose, Kit. They listed it as $529.04 and 71.42 for shipping and handling. The next day I received an email stating that it will be $600 just for shipping the item to me. The Item was suppose to be shipped ground and no way is the part shipping worth that much on a small motor and pumps. I ended up finding the part somewhere else and for a cheaper price. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "
