"Sendt an order for some parts in september, and prepaid for them(of course) after no shipping info for two weeks i e mailed them asking for my shipping information and made them aware that my adress was misspelled.
A few hours later i got an e mail that said my order was cancelled and that my money was going to be reimbursed immediately, 5 weeks and several e mails later i still haven’t heard from them, and i still haven’t seen any of my money. In my opinion this is theft, since they have cancelled my order, and they still haven’t reimbursed me. "

"I purchased a MK6 Euro style GTI front bumper in October 2015. I was charged immediately but not given shipping information for an additional 3 weeks. When I finally got the information, the bumper had been at the greyhound station sitting, and I was not contacted because Parts4Euro failed to give them my phone number which was asked in my information upon ordering. The bumper was incorrect. When I contacted them they stated they were sorry and would replace it. I was fine with this. It took a month and a half for me to finally get suspicious. I contacted them via email several times and called the number listed online. I finally got the "new" shipping information when I was told it could not ship to the previous station used before, but now an hour away. The email with this "new" shipping information contained the address of the old location. They did not contact me again after I asked multiple times. When I got a response, it was on the 21 of JANUARY. When I went to pick up this bumper today, I had to pay a HOLDING fee because the phone number they have them was again, not mine, and they had left a message with THEM letting them know it was at the station (an hour away from me) on JANUARY 15th! I would like to be re-embursed for the bumper plus the holding fee I had to pay due to this horrific experience I've had with this company. There is no excuse for the lack of communication or care on their part ontop of their continuous mistakes."

Took 4 weeks before they shipped, while they charged the card right away.
Did get a shipping email after 4 weeks in which he blamed ME for not knowing the status of the order.
When I called him out on his horrible service, he was insulted and demanded an apology.
When I told him it's HE who should apologize and that I'd be sure to leave him a negative feedback on ResellerRatings.com, he threatened to leave OUR business a bad review as well. Really??"
