"Products were shipped quickly, prices were competitive. Customer service on the other hand is not the best, I received a faulty spring in a $30 kit in which they wanted me to ship the entire kit back for warranty/exchange even though the hardware was installed on the vehicle.

Common sense would be to ship out the kit, I would then return it with the faulty spring. I wouldn't look for after sales service or support.
