"I've now ordered parts three times from PartsAvatar to fix my truck and car. The first time I didn't know what to expect but I figured it would at least be easier ordering from them because they were in Canada so I wouldn't have to deal with customs and expensive shipping. They sent me brand name parts in original packaging, right on time and at a very reasonable price. Every order has been perfect. I haven't had to return a thing.
Something I really like of their website is that it's very easy to navigate and find parts for my vehicles. They flag the performance parts, the economy parts, the middle-of the road stuff, etc so that you can find what level of quality you want without having to struggle trying to figure it all out. I expect I will keep ordering my parts from them for a long time. And no, I'm not on the payroll or related to anyone that works there!"

"I ordered 2 brake rotors for VW Jetta since one of the wheels had a problem, and it was not solved after I changed the brake pads. I did not knew Parts Avatar, I got here because other (well-known) suppliers have a narrow selection and higher prices, as if VW Jetta is a rare and exotic car. Selecting the rotors on the site was straight forward, but it took me a long time to check if the parts really fit, since the information on PartsAvatar.ca is not complete, i.e. not all the rotors have the diameter and thickness clearly specified. Since the price difference between "coated" and "not coated" rotors was just a few $, I went for the better ones. Shipping was fast, about 2 days, and free. Compared to other parts suppliers, this was the best price and the best selection range, by far. Installing the new rotors was easy, and after driving 300km I can say that my car brakes like new."
