As a first time user i didn't get the promotion they offered on their website, that's fine, just 10% i am ok with that.
I placed the ordered for a set of front and rear brakes a week before my appointment with my shop, the latest delivery eta were shown as a day before the appointment, the front brake arrived just in time, but they don't have any notification of backorder or signs like "only one remaining" like Rockauto for the rear brake on their website, and did not even email me about this situation until the front brake had been delivered, man, it is been a whole week and you don't need to ship the front if you don't have the rear, i ordered a set not a a piece!
I quickly ordered another set and chose "pick up in store" as they said it can be picked up the next day which would be right on my appointment date, so 2 days later, they are still showing my parts are being prepared for shipping, the customer service told me it would be good to pick up in the next 24 hours??? Man, just don't promise anything if you cannot make it!
I went to the pick up location without receiving any email from them and luckly my parts were there already for pick up so I returned the previous delivered front pads and they charged me 15% of restocking fee, I don’t inow why a customer should go through all of these inconvenience caused by their own mistake and still be charged for restocking fee, if they really feel “sorry for any inconvenience” like what they said at the beginning of every reply to my emails and the google reviews, they should do something rather than just keep repeating these meaningless SORRY!"
