"My part was delivered in a tattered cardboard box that appeared to be re-used and I threw it away without thinking twice. Although the part was listed as compatible with my car make,, year, Model and as a limited edition. After it was delivered I discoved my car needed HID headlights and this part was for A different headlight, a halogen. There were no HID headlights offered on the sight so I did not realize there was a difference.
They refused to pay for the return and I'm waiting to hear if they will accept the part shipped in the non original box. I have had to ask 3 or four times about this without an answer. I will not order from Parts Geek again"

"I purchased a fog light trim bezel kit for a 2017 Nissan Titan that was supposed to contain 1 driver side and 1 passenger side trim bezel. The kit arrived with 2 drivers' side trim pieces and no passenger side. I did not realize that the passenger side was missing until I had already installed the driver's side, but I figured this was no big deal I would just contact the company and send the extra driver's side trim back and have them send me the passenger side like they should have done to begin with. I was told they would not allow me to return part of the kit and since I had installed the driver's side trim, I could not return the kit as it was no longer in new condition. They sell the trim bezels individually as well as in the kit form, but they chose to use this policy to avoid making right on a mistake they made when packaging the kit. I will not buy from this supplier again I could have bought this kit for much cheaper from other sources outside of the USA. I thought that buying from a company located in the USA would insure if I had any problems, they would stand behind their product and service. Not this company"

"The Jeep (2005 wrangler) has been in storage for a bad (ECM). Removed and installed new (ECM), everything worked fine on the vehicle, but I didn't check the wipers. When I took the Jeep out of storage and checked the wipers they didn't work. I removed and replaced the wiper motor, and the new motor also didn't work. The fuse is good. I need to find out if the (ECM) controls the wipers, if so I got a bad (ECM if not I have another bad motor. I also tried resetting the (ECM). "
