I already owned a Sonic frontier transport and DAC three that was one of Chris Johnson statement products back in the day. Chris has a great business here and he has filled the place with first class employees, actually a tough thing to find that many good employees in one location. As my dad always said when a business is full of good employees that is very telling of the boss. Anyhow buying a few things on an almost monthly basis has been a rewarding musical experience as well as a lesson in what to expect in customer services. The people are all wonderful and everything happens just the way the tell you and that is every time. "Been dealing with PCX a long time, getting tired of the poor site which was supposed to be improved but it really hasn’t. No specs on many parts which would be helpful during builds, parts stock carried is declining even before Covid 19, poor organization or web pages, the shipping structure is horrible, it’s setup to overcharge you as they have no real system in place as it has to be done manually. Or you choose from shipping charges that charge you double the going rate for a service that is the slowest. Kind of a scam. Yet they can’t fix this over how many years. Keep hearing this over and over. Every other shop can charge shipping accurately during checkout except for PCX, what is the problem here?? They just can’t be bothered if the problem. This is a joke for an operation that’s been running for as long as it has.

I choose to do so as they always have deals, carry an immense range of product and give excellent service and advice. As they also do upgrades and modifications (and have experience in component design), they understand their craft rather than just being box shifters.
