"BEWARE PartsDr.com DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. I was sent a part that was supposed to fit my Whirlpool oven. The part number was correct except by the last number. I hired an appliance company to install the part, it did not work. I contacted PartsDr.com they sent me the same part with the same result. I asked to return the part and they said that since the part was already opened and installed they will not accept a return. How are you supposed to know if the part works without having it installed? Just trust them? Well my $246 purchase for a part that didn't work and I cannot return just gave me that answer. Don't make the same mistake, go with a company that will stand by the product they sell."

"Pictures! Parts Dr actually gives you pictures which make it so much easier as a DIY person to feel confident that I am buying the right part and they had different angles of the part.
