"Ordering was easy, no problem, received the part ( thermal fuse ) which was broke, called customer service, they sent a link to up load a photo of the part which I did with the RE #. So far good, they sent a second part which was broke also, called again, was told to use the same link to send photos of the second part which was broke.. I tried but the web page would not a accept the RE # since it was already used, called again to get a new RE # but hit a road block, customer service insisted I didnt need a new Re # and the page would work, and keep referring back to the same page that would not allow the old RE # to be used....
