Emailed me a return shipping label and stated that my credit card would be refunded in 2 to 10 days. Hasn't been 10 days but waiting for my refund. RMA Package was accepted on Wednesday at 1104 AM. No offer to ship or try to locate the correct part. Initial shipping time was slow (8 days from order date). "

"I ordered a part with overnight shipping and received an order confirmation. I contacted Parts Train via chat to ensure my order would arrive when I needed it, & the rep assured me it would. The day it should have been delivered, I get an e-mail stating there was a problem with my payment & the order was cancelled. WHAT?! I call & a rep tells me he doesn't know what the problem was with billing & that if I re-ordered right then, I'd have the part in FOUR DAYS. Ummm... no one thought to call me about whatever this "issue" was? I ended up going to Autozone & paying double Parts Train's price, but it was worth it. I have ZERO intention of EVER ordering ANYTHING from Parts Train or it's affiliates again."
