Waste of time

"Placed an order on-line. Got an order number. Site says they usually ship in one day. Two weeks later no part. No one picks up the phone, and messages and e-mails went unanswered. Parts Guy must have passed away, but nobody shut down his web site. "

" I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered some HVAC parts and on the web site it showed pending for 16 days. I called several times and emailed repeatedly with no answer. It is cold and I needed them for heat so I waited patiently until I could not wait no longer. I ordered the parts for another site. My advice would be to stay clear from them unless you just like the frustration. "

"ordered parts 7-6-2015,my credit was billed for the parts 7-22-2015.as of 10-10-2015 i have not recieved the parts or a refund.partsguy.com will not even answer their phone when i call.partsguy.com is even ignoring the bbb.avoid this business,find another source for part needs."
