"Last year I bought four 1TB Western Digital WD1002FAEX Caviar Black SATA hard drives from PartSourceOnline.com for $240. The drives were left in the original plastic bags until last week when I built a server using two of the hard drives. I had never installed them or used them in any way. The day before yesterday, I powered my server on for the first time. My server has now been running for 36 hours (testing RAM and loading Linux). Today, I ran smartctl to report the SMART drive statistics. One drive reported Power_On_Hours as 15052. The other reported Power_On_Hours as 10450. Clearly these are not new hard drives as advertised on the PartSourceOnline.com website.

If PartSourceOnline.com replaces these four drives with unused ones, I will amend this review."

"I placed an order for Qty 1 1 x Dell Inspiron 17R-N7110 Intel I5-2430M 8GB 640GB HD 17.3" @ $685.00 In a 5 days of no change in order status E-Mailed Parts Source with no responce. 3 days after Email I called Partsource and was told that vender doesn't supply that to them any more. Yet did a search for this Laptop and there it is on there site for more money $755.00 confirmed same laptop. WTF this is not correct way to do Business saying one thing and being caught in a lie."
