"I have used Parts Tree several times. Every time before I got my order the very next day. I had hoped for the same service but due to my order being requested at 3:00, my bad, it went out the next day. That would have been shipped on a Tuesday. Okay, I should have it by Wednesday. I didn’t get my order until Friday. I did call and received courteous information that you send it out by UPS, I think, and they in turn take it to the post office. In my humble opinion, that’s too many hands being depended on to not make a mistake. If not a mistake, then someone didn’t get to the PO in time. Maybe you switched methods or carriers but I will be sure and order before 2:00 and if it takes 5 days to get my order I’m afraid I will have to investigate another source. I hate that! I like you guys. I want to use you. You save me the anguish of Austin’s traffic and I’m willing to pay your shipping and handling fees to avoid the traffic. Good luck! I’m rooting for you!!!
